I'm not sure I'm liking the new trend of 'ripped-and-washed' jeans. I think they look rather tacky. I am definately sure I am liking the new idea of florals and metallics and sharp-shoulders, something I covet and am currently rocking, if I may say so myself. (I nicked a vintage 80's blazer with SHOULDER PADS from my mum, I like:) )
In the case of florals, I have about 4 tea dresses (primark + warehouse) which I am channelling a la miss Luella s/s 09. Its all about the florals and the coral lippy,, a colour which is ever-so-slightly last season but still hot :)
tell me what you think of this seasons styles, if not then er... whatev. you mug.
love you mon cheries, maddie xxxx

And you thought I would've died by now!
But I didn't! Heavens, rejoice, I'm alive!
Yes, I survived the camping trip, due to the cider I drank every night. Oh, I joke; cider makes my bum feel like it's about to fall off, so no more cider for moi!
JESUS CHRIST it's five minutes past seven AT NIGHT, the sun hasn't even set yet and the Cat is outside eating salmon! Since when have cats eaten more sophisticated foods than me?
This is the kind of messed-up world we live in.
OBSESSION OF THE WEEK; Jamie Campbell-Bower. He's Anthony from Sweeney Todd, if you must know. But he's mine. HA.
See you then!

Hold up, did I hear that right?
You did. I'm going camping.
Well, I don't really know what to expect (I've only ever been once) so god knows how this one will turn out.
The place we're staying at looks really sweet tho, so it might be fun. The only problem is I don't have any funkyarse wellies and there isn't any time (or money) to get any. I guess I'll just have to make do with a pair of brogues, a jigsaw jacket and a red t-shirt with a crazy motherfucker of a rabbit on the front.
Did you know that 'sausages' has USA in it? HA!
Don't ask. I don't even know what I'm on about most of the time.
Think of me when you're all tucked up tight in your beds, toasting your feet. Think of me when you are out dancing merrily and drinking and smoking. Think of me in a smelly, wet tent with no fags or drink or music to dance to my ipod would've died on the 4-hour drive to the West Country. Think of me.
Until then, Mad-lem.

Looooooooooooook at me.
People of the World,
I think it's time we took matters into our own hands and discuss the taboo subject of LESBIANS. Now, don't get me wrong, I love lesbians, BUT I just thought I should talk about why others don't like them.
For example;;
Girls in my class will tell you what they think of me. Most of them think I'm a lesbian, and they think I'm a lesbian with other girls in my class. It's quite funny, really, so what I tend to do is egg them on and play along with it, pretending I actually am a lesbian by 'flirting' with other girls.
It's all a big joke, but they take me seriously.
Just goes to show what kind of world we live in; little girls are actually scared of lesbians. I just hope I become famous and have lots of babies with men, it will show them.
On the subject of lesbians; saying another woman is pretty is NOT being a lesbian... but saying that I would probably turn gay for Eva Mendes. No body else...
Tell me what you think.
Love, Maddie

Reviews
People of the World,
Get off of the computer and turn the telly on. BBC One, 7pm; The Diary of Anne Frank. Woah.
Actually, it's finished now so you can't watch it... go on BBC iPlayer, it will get the 7 episodes up for you and you can watch them!!
I have never cried whilst watching a television programme before... except now! I have cried once while watching a film, and that was The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. The boy who played Bruno in that was an old friend (if you can call him that) of mine called Asa. It was such a sad film!
I think it was the part when Anne was trying to put her shoes on, but her hands were too shaky so Albert Dussel helped her. I was shaking with them. I couldn't help myself, so I cried, too. Then they were all crying, so I cried more, and they were hugging because they knew they were about to die, and all these soldiers were there, stealing their things.
Sad, very sad indeed. Watch it!

Merry Xmas... not.
People of the World,
Well, it was quite sad to see Faith Williams, the second conjoined twin, pass away on Christmas Day. But quite frankly, if the world wanted to see conjoined twins dying we would go to China. It was still upsetting to watch and I feel for her parents. But they're young, so they'll be reproducing in no time.
Another sad thing I saw on the news on Boxing Day was the shooting of an English soldier on Christmas Eve. That really made me angry. I was literally sitting in the leather arm chair with steam coming out of my ears. I was fuming. All I could think was 'Get these boys out of Iraq and every other fucking Muslim country in the world before they terminate us all!'
It's starting to get worse, and if we don't try and stop these terrorists then we'll all die which isn't very nice to think about.
Well, tell me what you think.

Thou Shalt Not Kill, Thou Shalt Not Kill
People of the World,
Thou shalt not kill. Thou shalt not 'get down with the youths' and stab someone, thou shalt not use guns, thou shalt not hit and punch or kick, thou shalt not drop bombs and thou shalt not pick fights.
Someone once said to me 'If looks could kill...' whilst I was staring at them like the deranged, emo kid I am. It was funny, though I didn't break my mould, and it got me wondering if looks really could kill. That would be quite a joke... but what if words could kill, too? Then a lot of people would be dead, courtesy of me :)
If looks could kill, however, I would almost certainly be dead right now and you wouldn't have my beautiful words to relate to, would you? That would be a shame, wouldn't it?
But there are just some people who are just asking to be murdered with a look or a word, aren't there? Like those people on the radio who do that sarcastic role-play thing every afternoon which sometimes isn't all that funny.
But other people who are really innocent when presented with the idea of smoking weed and drinking even though they know their best friend does it, then when someone else offers it they get really excited and practically piss themselves. It's like... what the fuck?
Hmm... these are the things that keep me awake pondering over them.
